Atlas Aerial Solutions is headquartered in North Texas, primarily serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding counties. We are capable of regional mobilization for enterprise-scale projects across the state. For missions outside of our immediate area, our intake process includes a remote site-suitability and airspace analysis to ensure all geographic and regulatory constraints are met prior to deployment.

Every engagement begins with a multi-point assessment. We utilize specialized software to evaluate controlled airspace requirements, local Texas Chapter 423 constraints, and potential site hazards. This process results in a comprehensive Flight Operation Plan that prioritizes the safety of non-participants and the integrity of the data collected. We do not mobilize until all regulatory hurdles, including any necessary FAA authorizations, are cleared.

Standard lead times for most missions are 5 business days. However, projects involving restricted airspace, proximity to critical infrastructure, or night operations may require additional time for FAA authorization or facility-owner coordination. We prioritize operational discipline over speed to ensure every mission is fully compliant and insured.

We operate under a strictly conservative interpretation of Texas Government Code Chapter 423. This includes maintaining a no-surveillance profile, utilizing statutory commercial exemptions under §423.002, and securing necessary authorizations for operations near critical infrastructure.
