We do not sell personal data, and we do not provide services intended for unlawful surveillance.

All flights are conducted through pre-planned, mission-specific operations and are performed by an FAA-certificated Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) in accordance with 14 CFR Part 107 and applicable airspace regulations.

We operate with a conservative, safety-first approach:

  • Strict Compliance with Operations Over People (OOP): We limit sustained flight over non-participants and open-air assemblies to missions where the aircraft meets FAA Category 1-4 eligibility and remote identification requirements. Our fleet is fully Remote ID compliant, enabling authorized missions in complex urban environments while maintaining total transparency with FAA and law enforcement.

Privacy & Texas Law

  • Adherence to Texas Government Code Chapter 423: Our missions are exclusively for authorized commercial operations, including critical infrastructure documentation and construction progress monitoring.

  • Atlas Aerial Solutions operates under a No-Surveillance profile, utilizing the professional exemptions provided in Government Code §423.002 for authorized commercial data collection.

  • We maintain strict awareness of ‘critical infrastructure’ designations as defined by § 423.0045, ensuring all flights over such facilities are pre-authorized by the facility operator and operate at an altitude no-higher-than 400 feet above the highest point of the structure.
